Oddział Navy SEALs dowodzony przez porucznika Watersa (Bruce Willisa) dostaje rozkaz by ewakuować z misji humanitarnej w Nigerii panią doktor Lenę Kendricks (Monica Bellucci). Prosta z pozoru misja komplikuje sie na miejscu, kiedy dr Kendricks postanawia nie zostawiać swoich podopiecznych z misji.
